This letter goes out to all the Coastside residents, teachers, coaches, service providers, and others who welcomed me and my family into the community when we moved here in January 2016.
I was hired to be the next general manager of the Sewer Authority Mid-coastside and moved my entire family at, according to my daughters, the most inopportune time in their lives. The move and adjustment would have been difficult even under the best of conditions (i.e., not during their high school years).
Those of you who embraced us, supported and suffered with us, cheered my daughters on as they marched in the band and played golf and generally became our friends, made all the difference in the world.
As I move on to my next opportunity in another community, missing you all will be the hardest part. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
