Patrolling for safety Adam Pardee May 24, 2022 May 24, 2022 0 Facebook Twitter WhatsApp SMS Email Print Copy article link Save Bike patrol member and Moss Beach resident Rick Bulan rides down the Coastal Trail near Surfer’s Beach on Monday. The new patrol is intended as a friendly resource that helps trail users make their way safely. Bulan and a group of volunteers are teaming up with the city and will hit the trail beginning in June. In order to patrol, the volunteers must receive certified training in Outdoor First Care and CPR. The city is covering costs for classes. In addition to helping with first aid, they can assist bikers with directions or minor bike repairs.
