Moss Beach resident Nathan Todd Feix, 19, faces a possible life sentence, after an alleged rape case was upgraded when additional victims came forward.

Feix was charged earlier this year for sexual assault with a deadly weapon. Authorities said he forced a minor to perform various sex acts between June and November 2019. He now faces 20 total counts for allegedly forcing three minors to perform various sex acts between April and December 2019.

All three victims were between 16 and 17 years old during the reported incidents. They all knew Feix from school, prosecutors say.

The original 13 charges were filed from reports by the first victim. Ten of those charges were for each time Feix allegedly forced her to have sex with him after she refused. One of these sexual assault charges was coupled with a felony assault charge, based on reports that Feix cut the victim with a knife during sex.

In light of the new charges, Feix’s bail increased from $100,000 to $4 million. He was in court on Monday for hearings and he remains in custody.
