Cougar Color Run is Sunday
The Half Moon Bay High School Foundation is hosting its second annual Cougar Color Run on Sunday, May 19. Registration begins at 9 a.m., with the first wave of runners setting off at 10 a.m.
This fun 5K is an untimed, all-ages, run-at-your-own-pace event, welcoming everyone from kids to grandparents and experienced runners to novices.
Participants start the race in a white T-shirt and are doused from head to toe in different colors at each kilometer, ending the race covered in a rainbow of color. There will also be pre- and post-race festivities with music and activities.
Tickets are $30 for adults, $20 for children, with proceeds benefiting the Half Moon Bay High School Foundation. Register online at hmbhsfoundation.org.
CEF serves up hot dogs in the park
