“I am a local resident and I was just reading your real estate guide called Neighborhoods of the San Mateo County Coastside. You have completely forgotten the Moonridge apartments. There are hundreds and hundreds of people who live back in the Moonridge apartment complex on Miramontes Point Road and you are not going to list them? I understand that it is a real estate guide, but you also claim it to be a Neighborhoods on the San Mateo County Coastside Guide and you are going to forget hundreds and hundreds of people. You also have not mentioned the Main Street housing project. So there are two housing projects that are paramount in Half Moon Bay, and clearly you have forgotten these neighborhoods. I understand it is a real estate guide, and I am hoping that it is because they are not for sale and not marketable and it’s not that you think they are nonexistent.”

Editor’s note: You make a good point. The Neighborhoods Guide is envisioned as a real estate guide, and homes in the neighborhoods you mention aren’t available in the same way as others that were featured. But, yes, those neighborhoods are integral parts of the Coastside. Thanks for making that point.
