Janet Steelman

Janet Rushforth Steelman died in South San Francisco on Feb. 28, 2010, after a short illness. Janet was born on Dec. 25, 1915, in Paisley, Scotland, and immigrated to the United States with her family when she was 8 years old. She grew up and married Randolph Marshall Steelman in New Jersey. They moved to California after World War II where Janet worked for many years at the Ethan Allen store in Mountain View.

Ed Baker

A public memorial service honoring the life of C. Edwin (Ed) Baker will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 14, at Cypress Meadows Center in Moss Beach. Baker, age 62, died unexpectedly Dec. 8, 2009.
