Old typewriters, vintage Pachinko games, along with lifetime collections of jewelry and furniture were up for haggling Saturday at Pescadero’s annual barn sale.

A blend of antique market, garage sale and town festival, the South Coast barn sale is a chance for residents to comb through their attics and storage rooms for things they no longer need and are willing to sell.

Nearly three dozen vendors participated in the event with some lugging their goods from Loma Mar, La Honda and San Gregorio.

Now in its sixth year, the barn sale has become a well-attended festival for the close-knit town.
