Half Moon Bay High School’s graduating seniors will receive their diplomas this Thursday at a 6 p.m. ceremony at the high school’s football field.

Seating will begin at 4 p.m. and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The ceremony is slated to last 90 minutes.

Each graduate received four tickets for his or her family, but spectators can purchase extra tickets online for $10 apiece through a link provided on the graduation section of Half Moon Bay High School’s website, hmbhs.schoolloop.com.

Thursday is also Grad Night for the seniors. Dozens of volunteers have been working tirelessly to entertain graduates in a safe environment. This is the 19th year the high school community has held such an event. This year’s festivities take place from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. at the I.D.E.S. Hall in Half Moon Bay.

Welcome to the discussion.
