Deb Kessler participates in the Half Moon Bay Library's annual Pumpkin Festival Costume Contest, on Saturday morning. Kessler's team, "Mardi Gras on Main Street," took second place in the hotly-contested Group Costume competition, behind the equally-animated Dr. Seuss-themed team.
