Audria R. Bowman was born in Los Angeles, Calif., and attended Woodbury College prior to marrying Walter Bowman in 1940. Audria was a strong-willed independent woman with an amazing artistic talent. She enjoyed needlepoint and painting.

In 1979, Audria made Half Moon Bay her home to be close to her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. She loved the ocean and pelicans, but her family was the most important thing in her life.

Audria was preceeded in death by her husband Walter. She is survived by her daughter, Mardean Terada, son-in-law Albert Terada and grandchildren Laura Terada and Keith Terada (wife Mirella Terada).

Services are being held at the Lifemark Center at Skyline Memorial Park Friday, Jan. 15, 2010, at 10:30 a.m.
