Helen McGillivray, a native of Half Moon Bay, passed away on Nov. 1, 2009. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Leslie, in 1988. Helen was the mother of Dr. Timothy McGillivray, (Karla) and grandmother to Katie and Kerrie McGillivray. She was the youngest of five children, the late Harold Bello, Eugene Bello, Robert Bello and Doris Stewart.
Helen worked for 42 years at Cunha’s Country Grocery. Friends are invited to the Visitation to be held Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 5 p.m. at Miller-Dutra in Half Moon Bay with a Rosary to follow at 7 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 11. at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Pillar Church in Half Moon Bay with interment at Skylawn Cemetery.
