Pintarelli knocks in tying run, scores winning run for Round Table Pizza

Mariners Church rallies to win

Chris Pintarelli knocked in the tying run with a triple and scored on a wild pitch.

Pintarelli doubled and scored earlier. Shane Acton tossed two shutout innings, and singled twice. Ryan Stefko singled twice and scored twice. Devon Canty, Jon Bali, Dante DiNapoli, Hayden Holmlund and Andy Olson all had hits.

Josh McKnight tripled and scored twice for Sapphire Creek. Parker Lovett added a run-scoring single.

Mariners Church 6

Big Creek Lumber 4

Jesse Paris’ bunt single started a five-run rally for Mariners Church.

Derek Ackerman and Sam Vaughn hit run-scoring doubles. Zane Gelphman hit a three-run homer. Anthony Obester pitched four shutout innings to get the win.

Antonio Lopez hit a two-run homer for Big Creek Lumber. Frank Lemos, who homered earlier in the season, tripled. Kevin Welch threw out a runner attempting to steal. Justin Winslow singled and stole two bases.

Firehouse No. 9 10

Big Creek Lumber 3

Phillip Anderson singled twice and Zach Campbell added a single for Big Creek Lumber.

Malcolm Feix hit a bunt single. Kevin Welch doubled. Sam Inglis doubled, singled and drove in two runs.

HMB Lions Club 6

Mariners Church 0

Enrico Nuño struck out 13 for the Lions.

Ian Barton tripled and doubled. Jason Economopoulos and Patrick Young each scored. Ethan Amour doubled and scored. Alex Hacker doubled, scored and drove in a run.

Zane Gelphman, Sam Vaughn and Derek Ackerman got hits for Mariners Church.

HMB Lions Club 13

Round Table Pizza 8

Enrico Nuñu homered, singled and drove in three runs for the Lions Club.

Jacob Winstead doubled three times and scored twice. Chet Silveria doubled twice. Ethan Amour had three hits and scored twice. Jake Salinero and Tommy Nuño both doubled and scored. Patrick Young scored three runs. Johnny Cozzolino singled and scored.

Jon Bali and Anthony Garica were both 2-for-3 with two runs scored for Round Table Pizza. Shane Acton tripled and scored. Joaquin Preciado struck out seven.

Big Ed’s Crane Service 5

Jacob Gehret hit a three-run homer and Anthony DeMartini was 2-for-2 with an RBI for Driftwood Lumber.

Luis Gutierrez snagged a hard grounder and stepped on third for the force out. Louis Wooliever tagged out a runner.

Logan Jaeger was 3-for-3 with two doubles and three runs scored for Big Ed’s Crane Service. Andrew Olivero doubled. Drew Davison, Pablo Gutierrez and David Billington each singled. Tom Gilmour, Davison and Gutierrez all drove in runs. Gutierrez and Seth Tanisaki both scored. Jaeger made a sliding catch in center. Katie Sullivan recorded an unassisted out at first on a hard-hit grounder.

Pastorino Hay 15

Simms Plumbing 3

Morgan Drobnick tossed two innings of shutout ball, striking out five, for Pastorino Hay.

Sean Koenig scored four runs and drove in two more runs. Alex Smith scored three runs. Mason Martuscelli drove in three runs. David Blick, Jake Quosig, Jakob Meighen and Drobnick all knocked two runs. Noah Gandelman, Mario Torresan and Peyton Pastorino all had successful bunts.

AAA

Klaws, Paws & Hooves 11

Alex Akers was 4-for-4 for Klaws, Paws & Hooves.

Andrew McKnight, Ian Kalem, Liam Williams, Jack Mettam and Joey King were all 3-for-3. King tripled. Cameron McKnight, Angelo Molossi, Cullen McGee, Jacob Nebeling and Ryan Piccolotti all added hits. Andrew McKnight recorded an unassisted double play, and combined with Molossi for another double play. Ryan Dubois fielded five straight ground balls. Piccolotti fielded a sharp grounder and threw to the plate to Mettam, who tagged out the runner to keep the score tied.

Ocean View Lodge 6

Beach House Inn 2

Jack LoCoco was 2-for-2 with two runs scored for Ocean View Lodge.

Also scoring were Jaxon Miller, Cole Wilkinson, Matthew Hanson and Luca Padua. Michael Pariseau, Bradley Dellins, Dawson Campbell, Keagan Maguire and Mykola Ediger all added hits. Padua struck out five batters in two innings.

Renee Avril struck out the side in the sixth for Beach House Inn.

Dream Dinners 5

Peter Congdon-Alain Pinel 2

Mason Payne got out of a bases-loaded situation without allowing any runs for the Dream Dinners.

Lukas Meighen and Bruyn Decker each went 2-for-2 with a run scored. Collin Plata, Madison Smith, Karl Vanuska, Tristan Hofmann, Michael Parks and Payne each went 1-for-2.

Patrick Hann and Spencer Ladd both doubled for Peter Congdon-Alain Pinel. Thomas Armstrong and Bailey Harger each added run-scoring singles. Julian Blair, Blake Schmeider, Lance Dorn, Noah Dantes and Michael Vanremoortere all singled. Hann pitched three scoreless innings. Dorn tossed a scoreless inning.

HMB Lions Club 7

Anthony Garcia was 4-for-4 with a game-tying homer run, and scored the winning run in the eighth.

He also tripled and drove in four runs. Devon Canty tripled, doubled and scored three runs. Shane Acton hit a run-scoring single. He tossed 2 2/3 innings of shutout ball, recording five strikeouts. Pace Farbstein scored twice. Ryan Stefko reached base twice. Shortstop Joaquin Preciado ranged to his left to get a ball, and threw out the runner at first.

Chet Silveria was 2-for-4 for the Lions Club, scoring twice. Jake Salinero hit a two-run triple. Enrico Nuño doubled and scored twice.

Minors

Driftwood Lumber 6

AL Design 1

Matt Spigelman, Justin Rodrigues and Brandon Guio combined on a four-hitter, recording 16 strikeouts for Driftwood Lumber.

Spigelman tripled. Luis Gutierrez doubled. Rodrigues, Anthony DeMartini, Nate Hart, Ivan DeLeon and Louis Wooliever all scored. Wooliever’s suicide squeeze bunt turned into a run-scoring hit.
