Born in Boston, MA, Karen grew up in Marblehead, MA. She is survived by her husband Eric Lesniewski of Princeton, NJ, her parents Lee and Jason Mondale of Marblehead, Massachusetts and her sister Jennifer Mondale and her fiancé Ruben Santos both of Washington, D.C. A memorial service was held in Hopewell. NJ on March 5.
