He graduated from Half Moon Bay High in 1961, then went on to work for Coastside County Water District for 33 years. He was a member of the Half Moon Bay Volunteer Fire Department for 13 years. He was also a member of the I.D.E.S Society.
Loved by many and remembered by all. Francis was preceded in death by Jane Capote and John Moorhouse. He is survived by John and Christie Moorhouse (Montana), Leanna and Fausto Rodriguez (Moss Beach), Virenea and Michael Monteiro (Half Moon Bay), Jim and Tony Moorhouse, Siste Crudeli, nieces and nephews Jason, Shelby, Michael, Stephanie and Joseph, grandchildren, Angie and Christian Rodriguez and Hayden Monteiro.
