| North Coast Roller Hockey--Moss, Pemberton score in shootout for Dr. Maahs Published/Last Modified on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 4:33 PM PDT June 3 Bantam Division Dr. Maahs 4 Cullyvore Construction 3 Nick Moss' backhanded shot proved to be the difference for in the shootout to give Dr. Maahs the win on Opening Day. Evan Pemberton scored the other goal in the shootout. Nik Gutierrez and Mason Wessel scored in regulation. Cody Dexter scored twice for Cullyvore Construction with Kyle Nelson adding a goal and an assist. Cullyvore Construction 3 Dr. Moody 0 Kyle Nelson scored twice and assisted the third goal to lead Cullyvore Construction. Goalie Cody Dexter recorded 11 saves. Josh Morrell scored the third goal. Jake Spaeth made 15 saves for Dr. Moody. Pee Wee Division Coastside.Net 6 Lemos Farm 5 Devlin Rocha, Austin Elchinoff and Tom Martin scored in the shootout to give Coastside.Net the game. Coastside.Net won the shootout, 3-2. Center Austin Elchinoff finished regulation with a hat trick. Johnny Kennedy and Sean Hicks also scored in regulation. Frank Lemos scored twice and recorded an assist for Lemos Farm. Pace Farbstein added two goals and recorded an assist. Both players scored in the shootout. Matthew Williams scored in regulation. Kulda Construction 7 Coastside.Net 4 Forwards Aidan Garcia and Elliot Baker each scored twice in the second half and Kulda Construction rallied for the win. Joe Quinlan, Hunter Murison, and Dylan Tighe each scored as well. Austin Elchinoff recorded a hat trick for Coastside.Net. Sam Vaughn also scored. Squirt Division Palladino Painting 3 Dr. Alborzi 2 Palladino Painting scored all of its goals in the first quarter to win. Zane Cordero scored twice and Adam Mansell contributed the third goal. Charlie Miller and Dominic Padua scored for Dr. Alborzi. Goalie North Cossman recorded 10 saves. Dr. Stasun 4 Palladino Painting 2 Morgan Hovermale, Gloria Oseguera, Zane Hovermale and Ben Bray all scored to lead Dr. Stasun. Dimitri Weinstein got an assist. Zane Cordero scored twice for Palladino Painting, with Adam Mansell getting an assist. |
